Freedom takes off at Heathrow and Leeds Bradford Airports
Freedom Logistics UK Ltd, has become the sole owner of the Heathrow & Leeds Bradford Airport based Prime Logistics International Ltd.
Freedom has purchased the entire business & assets of Prime. The new subsidiary company, whilst continuing to trade separately, will be rebranded as Freedom Logistics.
Chris Houghton, Managing Director of Freedom Logistics said “The acquisition of Prime Logistics represents an exciting phase in our overall growth strategy to establish a clearer footprint in the UK logistics market.The operation at Heathrow includes a 3,000 sq ft warehouse and a fleet of vans.”

Ray Crawford who has run Prime for over 12 years said “This represents a great opportunity to broaden our freight network beyond our established logistics bases at London Heathrow and Leeds Bradford Airports with our dedicated team of freight professionals now supported by a financially strong parent company”.
Freedom were advised by the Manchester office of TLT LLP and McKellens of Stockport. Funding was provided by Royal Bank of Scotland.
