A Visit from our Partners
In May this year we received a visit from two representatives of one of our closest international partners. Alvin Choi and Raymond Wong from NAF Global Logistics came to spend time with us at Freedom.
Their visit was one of friendship and long standing business partnership.
The relationship between NAF and Freedom goes back several years. Together we have worked in partnership to make sure that our respective clients goods are shipped smoothly, effectively and with the least hassle.

They offer numerous logistics and value added services to provide our customers with the complete gratification of total supply chain management.
Because NAF are a growing organisation and are branching out into more and more offices throughout China. For Freedom this gives our customers a distinct advantage.
The Challenges of Global Business
We live in an environment where global business has become a common and an important practice. But, doing business overseas brings many challenges. Different languages and cultures often pose the biggest barriers to a successful and smooth operation.
China’s unique import and export regulations and customs formalities can be a minefield for shippers. Each province has its own regulations and customs procedures.
Partnering with freight forwarders like NAF gives Freedom an extensive network throughout China. NAF have offices in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao and Beijing, they also have a well-established network of partner offices located throughout other area in China.
All this gives our clients at Freedom a unique advantage by offering them local expertise in the China market, and making sure that their orders are coordinated and delivered them to their final destination.
During their visit, Raymond talked about how being on the ground in China allows him to understand the issues that British exporters will face, and vice versa.
“Our clients are our lifeblood therefore we treat them like gold and look after their every need,” he said. “And Freedom’s clients are just as important to NAF as our own clients.”
Having professional staff on hand to provides us with accurate information on what has to be done for smooth freight transport is a of huge benefit to Freedom and our customers.
For us it’s vital that we have partners with interlocking experience. Partners life NAF become the window of communications between our clients and their vendors, providing seamless coordination for all their shipments.
